Bd65 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

Bd65 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to the use of bd65's website, mobile application, and all other services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

To open an account with bd65, you must meet the following conditions. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bd65 reserves the right to close any account created with false information, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use bd65. Identity documents may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Single Account: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or device, all associated accounts will be suspended.
• Correct Identity: You must provide your real name, an active phone number, and a valid email address.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account.
• KYC Verification: For withdrawals of ৳5,000 or more, a national ID card or passport must be submitted.

Bd65 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally instant, though bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (mobile banking); ৳500 (bank transfer).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500; maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 will not be processed until KYC is complete.
• If bd65 considers any transaction suspicious, it reserves the right to withhold payment until an investigation is completed.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting purposes.

The following rules apply when placing bets on bd65. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the "Cash Out" feature is active, you may be able to close a bet early under certain conditions.

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Over/Under Cutoff: For football, 90 minutes or the designated match time must be completed; for cricket, at least the specified number of overs must be bowled.
• Odds Changes: If the odds change before your bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.
• Technical Errors: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a server or software error, bd65 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win on a single bet is ৳50,00,000. For amounts exceeding this, bd65 will reach out separately.
• Match Fixing: If there is evidence that a match result was predetermined, bd65 reserves the right to void all bets related to that event.

Bd65 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page or in the email. It is your responsibility to read those terms before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require the bonus amount to be wagered a set number of times — typically between 5x and 20x.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the validity period has passed.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the specific offer explicitly allows it.
• Bonus Abuse: Using false information or multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being forfeited and your account being suspended.
• Real Money vs. Bonus: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the wagering requirements before being converted to real money.

• Account registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

Bd65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the reasons listed below. If your account is closed and a valid balance exists with no rule violations, funds will be returned following the completion of an investigation.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

• Use of bots, automation, or unauthorized software.
• Suspected money laundering or unlawful financial transactions.
